Manufacturable before elegant
A model that cannot be held to its tolerances is a drawing problem, not a shop problem. Stock sizes, standard fasteners and reachable tools come first.
RokOn Nexus is a mechanical design engineering practice based in Pune, India, working with manufacturers, fabricators, machine builders and product teams. We take the part of the job that sits between an idea and a purchase order — the modelling, the drawing, the tolerancing and the file pack — and hand it back ready to quote.
Work arrives in every state: a napkin sketch, a worn spare part, a supplier PDF with three dimensions on it, or a full specification. All of it can become a clean model and a drawing set. Clients across India, Europe and North America.
They exist because most delays on a fabrication job come from a drawing that was never quite finished.

Every sheet carries a revision block, a title block and a complete set of views. Nobody on the floor has to phone to ask which version is live.
Where a dimension is missing from your input, it gets listed as an assumption rather than quietly invented. You approve it before it becomes a part.
If the design is clear in someone's head but nothing on paper can be sent to a supplier, that is exactly the gap this covers.
A short description and a photo are enough for a first response. If the job isn't a fit, we'll say so.
