What do you need from me to start?+
Whatever exists: a sketch, a photo of the part next to a tape measure, an old print, or a written brief. If key dimensions are missing, we list the ones we need before quoting.
Which file formats do you deliver?+
STEP and IGES for models, DXF and DWG for cutting and drafting, PDF for issued drawings, STL for printing. Native SolidWorks or Fusion files are available on request.
Do you work to drawing standards?+
Yes. Drawings are produced to ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101 for GD&T, with ISO 2768 general tolerances unless your own drawing standard applies.
How are revisions handled?+
Two review rounds are included in every quote. Each issued drawing carries a revision block, so the shop always knows which sheet is current.
Who owns the design?+
You do. All models, drawings and source files are handed over on final payment, and we sign an NDA before receiving your files if you need one.
